COLLECTION OF DATA
Collection of the data occurs through the sending on the part of the data subjects via the web page, of information relating to professional experience. To facilitate the collection, we invite data subjects to send information attaching the complete electronic CV in European format (in the event of the sending of the data subject’s photograph, we inform you that the image will not be used in any way). The CV sent must contain only common data, which will be subject to processing only as strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes indicated below. It should be noted that unless strictly necessary, you are requested not to communicate data of a particular nature (e.g., state of health, ethical origin, membership of trade unions, religious convictions).
UDOR S.p.A., in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with and by the effects of art. 13 and 14 of European Regulation 2016/679, hereby informs you that the above regulation provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that said processing shall be characterized the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and rights. The information and the personal data provided by you or otherwise acquired in the context of use of the site shall be processed in accordance with the legislative provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations therein provided for.
PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
In particular, your data (names, surnames, date of birth, academic qualifications etc..) shall be processed for the purposes associated with the implementation of the fulfilments regarding the obligations of a possible "establishment of a new employment relationship". The legal basis of the processing is art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR.
PROCESSING METHODS
Your personal data shall be processed with manual, electronic and/or telematic means and the use of cookies (as indicated in the cookie policy available on the site)
Any processing activity occurs in compliance with the procedures indicated in arts. 6 and 32 of the GDPR with the adoption of the appropriate security measures provided for.

Your data shall be processed by staff appropriately assigned by the Data Controller and, specifically, by thy following categories of persons authorised for the processing of personal data:

Your data shall be communicated to third parties external to the company that act as autonomous Data Controller or Data Processor necessary for a correct management of the employment relationship, guaranteeing protection of the rights of the data subject (e.g.: external individuals or entities necessary for the implementation of the relationship in force, such as companies that provide hardware, software of cloud assistance services). DISSEMINATION
Your personal data shall not be disseminated.
RETENTION PERIOD
We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, limitation of the purposes and minimisation of the data, in accordance with art. 5 of the GDPR, the period of retention of your personal data is established as the time necessary for the assessment of the candidate’s profile on the basis of company requirements (max 1 year from receipt)

EU Reg. 2016/679: Arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 – Rights of the Data Subject
1. The data subject is entitled to obtain confirmation as to the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, even if said data is yet to be recorded, and the disclosure of said data in an intelligible form, as well as to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
2. The data subject has the right to receive the following information:
a) the source of personal data;
b) the purposes and processing methods;
c) the logic applied in the event processing is carried out by electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the data controller, of the processors and of the appointed representative according to art. 5, para. 2;
e) the individuals and legal entities and categories of legal entities to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may gain knowledge of said data in their capacity as designated representative in the country, as data processors or personnel authorized to process personal data.
3. The data subject is entitled to:
a) the updating, rectification or, if interested, integration of the data;
b) the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any unlawfully processed data, including those whose retention is not required in relation to the purposes for which the data were collectively of subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations specified in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, together with their content, of those to whom data has been communicated of disclosed, unless this proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right of being protected;
d) Data portability.
4. The data subject is entitled to raise a total or partial objection:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of the personal data concerning them, even if pertaining to the purpose of collection;
b) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending advertising material or making direct sales or for carrying out market surveys o sales communications
